2. Course Access & Navigation

Q3: I can't find my enrolled course. Where is it?

A: After logging in, go to 'My Courses' or 'Dashboard' to access your enrolled courses. If your course is missing, check if:
- You used the correct login credentials.
- The course has already started.
- Your enrollment was successful.

If you still cannot find your course, contact support.

Q4: The videos or course materials are not loading. What should I do?

A: Try the following:
- Refresh the page or restart your browser.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Use a different browser (Google Chrome is recommended).

A: For the best experience, we recommend:

- **Internet Speed:** At least 5 Mbps for smooth video streaming.

Q6: Can I access courses on my mobile phone?
