The purpose of this "Vehicle and Machinery Banksmen Safety Course" is to give those performing vehicle banksman tasks the fundamental skill requirements and related job safety knowledge. Upon completion of the training, qualified candidates ought to be able to use hand and arm signals to safely and effectively direct large cargo vehicles, machinery, and equipment into a designated area.
