Target Audience: The “Operate Vertical Personnel Platform” course is suitable for aspiring and experienced individuals assigned as Vertical Personnel Platform Operators in the workplace.

Pre-Requisite:

  • Learners must be 18 years above
  • Employability Skills System (ESS)
  • Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 and above, or equivalent; 
  • Be medically fit to work at height; 
  • Have a basic knowledge of the relevant sector of work

Legal Requirement: A competent Vertical personnel platform Operator is required to have a “safety first” mindset”.

Course Duration: 9  hours, inclusive assessment

Assessment: Written Assessment and Practical.

Attendance: 100%

Certification: Upon Successful completion of the course August International Pte Ltd card will be rewarded.

  • From 1 Oct 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses.
  • Trainee must pass all prescribed assessments and attain competency
  • August International reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if trainee did not meet the eligibility criteria.
